The project team has the task of ensuring the connection between the customer, the Tool Shop and the serial production, transferring customer requirements to a Tool Shop and series production, as well as transferring experience and requirements from the series to the Tool Shop. The project team is responsible for delivering tools and moulds to the FOREZ series production, for preparing the production documentation, for communicating with the customer to clarify everything regarding the new projects so that they are ready for series production in perfect condition. The project team is also responsible for releasing the project by the customer. These activities are collectively called Project Management. The project team consists of the Project Leader, who protects the whole process, from pre-series quality quotes and from pre-serial technologists.
